Big cooking/preserving day for me- harvested a huge bunch of kale, put half of it in with a batch of kimchi and half in with a batch of pesto, and also made a big batch of pear and goji chutney, and a big jar of goat’s milk yoghurt… Hope we can eat it all.
Gotta know all this preserving business if I wanna survive the zombie apocalypse or whatever.
